Corporate – Manson is pleased to announce a number of high-level promotions and organizational changes.

Mike Warwick has been named Senior Vice President and Dredging Manager effective July 1st. In this role, Mike will be responsible for all of Manson’s dredging work—both Gulf & East Coast as well as West Coast dredging. Mike has over 30 years in the dredging industry, serving as Manson’s Chief Engineer for Dredging since 2021. He was previously named Vice President - Dredge Engineering and Estimating Manager in 2012. He will take over the management of Manson’s Dredging Operations from Henry Schorr. Henry will stay on in an advisory capacity to support Mike in his new role, as Henry transitions toward retirement after 26 years of building Manson’s dredging operations into the industry leader it is today.
“I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role and build on Henry Schorr’s legacy of safety, fair dealing, and caring for people,” Mike says. “For decades, Henry applied these principles to our dredging business in service of our nation’s waterways. His legacy is one that I respect, and I hope to preserve and pass it on.”
In addition, Manson has had the following officer promotions this spring: General Counsel Laurie Pinard has been promoted to Senior Vice President; Director of Environmental Health & Safety Forrest Ray has been promoted to Vice President; and Corporate Controller Steven Kiel has been promoted to Vice President.
