Kristin Troxel Named as New HR Director

Corporate – Manson is pleased to announce that Kristin Troxel has assumed the role of Human Resources (“HR”) Director, effective February 3, 2025.

Kristin is a Western Washington University graduate with more than 20 years of experience, primarily within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry, including previous work at MG2 Design, the Port of Skagit, and RAFN Company.

Based in Seattle, WA, Kristin will lead all aspects of the HR Department, including HR Operations, Compliance, Retirement Plans, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Compensation, and Benefits. Kristin says she understands the importance of building a strong HR team at Manson that can be relied upon to help others.

“I am excited for a new challenge with Manson, a company that holds such a revered reputation in the AEC Industry.” Kristin says. “I aim to drive positive changes and identify opportunities where HR improvements can bring new value and build strong partnerships across the company. I’m ready to hit the ground running.”
