AGC of WA’s Project Manager of the Year: Kelli Struett

Manson Project Manager Kelli Struett was honored as Project Manager of the Year by the Associated General Contractors (“AGC”) of Washington, recognizing her leadership on the award-winning Lake Washington Ship Canal (“LWSC”) Large Lock Center Miter Gate Replacement project.

Kelli’s previous experience includes leading the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal marine structures project and working on the SR520 Evergreen Point Floating Bridge and Landings, Auke Bay Ferry Terminal Improvements, and the Port of Juneau Cruise Ship Berths projects.


Kelli’s most ambitious endeavor to date was managing the LWSC Large Lock Center Miter Gate Replacement project which involved replacing a century-old large lock center gate at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks (also known as the “Ballard Locks”) in Seattle, WA, in 2025. The project garnered regional acclaim for innovation and safety, earning top honors at the AGC of WA Build Washington Awards, as well as national recognition at the AGC (National) Build America Awards.
