At Manson, we believe in putting people first. Our culture promotes growth and opportunity, and our leadership team is full of mentors who will train and guide you through your time here.
What makes Manson’s internship program unique is the number of different paths that are available to explore. As an intern, you’ll be part of the project team and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas such as estimating, field engineering, construction management, equipment engineering, dredging and production, and marine construction.
Marine construction and dredging is a niche industry – it’s not something you hear about a lot. As an intern, you’ll get to learn a lot of information and gain insights that you may not learn in school.

"I learned a lot when I first got here. It was challenging because in school, no one talks about marine construction – it was a whole different concept. It took me a few weeks to get used to the terminology and it’s been very interesting. I’ve learned about the process of bidding on a project and all the different aspects you have to look at when bidding a project, just knowing the ins and outs that go into a project." – Seattle Intern (Studying Geological Engineering)
“My experience at Manson has been nothing but awesome, and Manson treats their interns like engineers not as gophers. It shows that Manson follows their culture, and Manson does put their people first. Manson is not everyone for themselves, and at Manson everyone works together to keep each other safe." – Jacksonville, FL Intern (Studying Civil Engineering)
