The Port of Port Arthur is a rapidly expanding facility which primarily handles petroleum-related cargo. This project increased the capacity of deep-water Berth 5, adding an additional 614 ft. of multi-use dock capable of receiving and loading cargo via rail, ship, barge, truck and pipeline at its facility.
