PROJECT FEATURES
- • The derrick barge HAGAR served as a platform for the replacement cable, cable splicing house, dive crew and diving equipment
• Remote operated vehicles and hand jets were used to unbury portions of the existing submarine cable
• New sections of cable were spliced into place and the cable was reburied

Manson served as support for repairing a damaged section of the underwater cable that connects a power supply in Pittsburg, CA to the city of San Francisco.
