- • Manson’s DERRICK 6 lifted the 3,000 lb. plane
• The plane was delivered via flat barge to Manson's Seattle Marine Yard where it was transferred to a trailer for transport

PROJECT PURPOSE
The purpose of this project was to support salvage of a Cessna airplane which had sunk in the shallow waters off West Seattle, Washington. The plane was in the water after the pilot of the plane was forced to make an emergency landing due to engine failure.
