PROJECT PURPOSE
This project provided maintenance dredging for a three-year cycle at the Port of Alaska. The Port of Alaska experiences the second largest tidal swing in the world causing extensive shoaling, dredging is required to maintain the required depths for the Port to accommodate deep draft cargo vessels.
