Project Purpose

This joint venture General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) contract involved replacing the aging and deteriorated seawall along Seattle's downtown waterfront. As a GC/CM, the joint venture participated in the preconstruction services, beginning nine months prior to the start of construction supporting the development of the design, identifying and mitigating possible risks, optimize schedule and performance of all project components.
