- The GLENN EDWARDS, Manson’s largest hopper dredge with a capacity of 13,800 cubic yards, dredged material at a site seven miles off the Atlantic Coast
- Approximately 3,125,000 cubic yards of material was dredged and pumped to shore
- Additional work included outfall and storm structure repairs
Due to Hurricane Sandy devastating the beaches along the New Jersey shoreline, beach renourishment was needed to replenish the lost sand. Manson crews restored nearly 4 miles of beach to a width of up to 250 feet along the New Jersey Seashore.
