Manson Construction Co. was awarded the P-327 Berthing Pier 12 Replacement and Dredging, Phase 1 and Upgrade to Pier 13 project. The award amount was $79,523,000 and is being performed for NAVFAC Southwest at Naval Base San Diego.

This design-build project involves demolishing the existing Pier 12 and replacing it with a new general purpose berthing pier, the installation of utilities and dredging the area around Pier 12 to 30' below MLLW.
