This project involved repairing an abandoned UNOCAL pipeline three miles offshore of Nikiski, Alaska in Cook Inlet. The work consisted of replacing approximately 1,000’ of abandoned pipeline for UNOCAL’s Dillon Platform. Manson’s derrick barge Haakon served as a floating work platform to support the divers and welders who performed the replacement work.
